Praise to God for a Living Hope

3 Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ! In his great mercy he has given us new birth into a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead,

Our hope is not dead, it is living. When the darkness tries to rise against the light, the Lord will always raise a standard against it. The question is do you want to be in the front of the charge? Or do you prefer the back?

Lessons In Humility

I have learned on my Christian journey to keep my eyes focused on the magnificent Light that leads me. The power of the Holy Spirit can change nature itself around His people. When you speak the Word to the storm the storm can cease. When the power of the Spirit connects with the Word of God it becomes a potent combination "casting down strongholds".

Humility is the first lesson. You must know that it is not by our strength that we make it. In ourselves we are nothing (read Galatians 6 for the details). It is in Him we "live, and move, and have our being". 

Church, be encouraged as we begin a wonderful chapter in the Spirit. This is His time to speak to the church. This is His time to lead His Church.

May the Holy Spirit have His Way... In Jesus Name Amen...
